Shipping and Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Information

All items currently available are on a pre-order basis.

Production & Processing: Once pre-orders close, production takes approximately 4-5 weeks.
Order Tracking: As soon as your item is crafted, packed, and shipped from our studio in Lithuania, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

We ship worldwide via registered airmail and international postal networks.

Europe: 1–2 weeks estimated transit time after production.
North America: 2–3 weeks estimated transit time after production.
South America & Rest of World: 3–6 weeks estimated transit time after production.

(Note: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery.)

Because our drop operates on a pre-order system with limited production batches:

Pre-Order Cancellations: If you request to cancel your order after pre-orders close (or once production has begun), a 75% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable production costs and reserved materials. You will be issued a 75% partial refund, but until the 16th we offer full refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item/size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or resolve it immediately.
